Our Recruiting Process

We work with hiring managers and/or internal recruiters to establish what is needed in roles for your business units to succeed. We explore your job description and match that information with our conversation regarding the skills and experience needed to succeed in the role discussed in our initial conversation with the hiring manager. With that information, we then can conduct a nationwide search for candidates that fit your criteria. Higher Recruitment, Inc. conducts initial interviews with candidates to ensure that they are a good fit for the position before passing them on to the company to further review. Only perfect-matching candidate’s resumes are submitted to hiring managers and/or internal recruiting staff. We complete our process by checking references and verifying licenses, registrations, certifications, and education, saving you time and money.
