Brittany Ritchie, President and Founder

Brittany excels in establishing relationships with companies who are looking to an outside source to realize their unique staffing needs. Recruiting for chemical companies who need to hire professionals with a very specialized skill set and expertise is a challenge. She enjoys connecting people with companies where there is a mutually beneficial relationship, and takes pride by doing so quickly. Finding that right person for a company opening is a welcomed challenge as Higher Recruitment strives for providing quality candidates.

Brittany's experience in the military serves her well in this regard, as it was up to her to consistently decide which soldiers were right for which job. Looking back she recognizes this was also her first experience in the world of recruitment.

Haley Wegscheid, Intern

Haley is currently an undergraduate student at Loyola University Chicago, pursuing an International Business major and a Spanish minor. She loves to work with other people and find ways to navigate a wide range of personality types to create positive and strong rapport. She has worked in various positions speaking directly with clients that has allowed her to build many strong relationships with customers. Her passion is travel and international relations, offering her expertise in working with companies across the globe.

Julie Te Saa, Contract Specialist

Julie has extensive experience in the Minnesota legal community as a paralegal for law firms and most recently, property management company, Collier. She has experience with certification processes for Woman Owned and Veteran Owned companies. Julie’s expertise is in contract application and management for Government and non-government agencies. Julie is happy and beyond helpful for Higher Recruitment and the companies we work with. She enjoys her family, grandkids, friends and her dog!
