Matt specializes in serving Higher Recruitment clients with high volume recruitment. He has a bachelor’s degree in secondary education and 10 years of talent acquisition experience. Thriving on building relationships with clients and candidates, Matt enjoys working within a variety of industries and all the opportunities to grow personally and professionally within this industry.

With an interest in sports, Matt coached boys and girls in youth and high school hockey for 15 years. He also enjoys watching sports, playing hockey and golf, and spending time with his wife, kids, and family. He lives in Richfield, Minnesota which he says has more of a hometown feel than a suburban feel (and better tax rates too!).

Matt has been married for seven years to his lovely wife, Jessica. They have one young son, Theo, and are expecting their daughter, Charlee, to be born in July. Their other family member is Duke, their pit bull.

Fun facts about Matt: He’s a coin collector, once ate an entire plate of blazin’ wings at BDubs, and watches a lot of trashy reality TV on Bravo. His Godfather is the Commissioner of Major League Baseball, and travel to Europe is at the top of his bucket list.
