Sarah has been working in recruitment for 20 years and finds great satisfaction in finding the “right fit” that matches the candidate, company, and position. She loves being a true partner to their clients, and she knows they are positively impacting the candidate’s livelihood by helping them secure an opportunity they are excited about.

With a bachelor’s degree in communications and prior experience in high volume recruiting, Sarah enjoys the variety in the industry, positions, and candidates and is grateful for the very high standards at Higher Recruitment. When it comes to candidate care and the hiring manager experience, they work tenaciously to find top talent quickly. They understand that not having talent in key roles affects morale and the bottom line. 

In her spare time, Sarah likes traveling, being outdoors, and soaking up the sunshine. She likes reading, time with family and friends, and trips with her family to her parents’ farm.

Sarah and her husband live in West St. Paul, MN with their two children, two dogs, and two kittens. What’s on her bucket list? She would love a hot air balloon ride and a chance to travel to Tahiti/Bora Bora and stay in an over-the-water hut.
