Brittany thrives on establishing relationships with companies that need an outside source to realize their unique staffing needs. Along with her exceptional expertise, she truly has a passion for quickly finding the right talent for the company.
In addition to her degree from the University of Missouri, Brittany served in the U.S. Army for 10 years. She was an honor graduate at the John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and the first female soldier fully integrated into the Green Beret Combined Leadership Training (CLT) course and the first female in Army history to complete the Special Forces Iron Man. She also studied French at the Defense Language Institute and trained as a U.S. Military Cultural Expert, Middle East and Africa.
Her military experience serves her well in the recruiting arena, as it was up to her to decide which soldiers were right for each job. Looking back, she recognizes that this was her first recruiting connection. She now utilizes that same military precision to excel in recruiting for business.
Brittany lives in Savage, Minnesota, with her husband and two children and especially enjoys their time together outdoors. In the future, she would love to travel more and someday go back to Iraq.
