For us at Higher Recruitment, this milestone carries a profound double meaning. As America celebrates its Semiquincentennial, we are proudly celebrating our own 12th year in business.

When I look back on the last twelve years, my mind doesn’t just go to spreadsheets, placements, or business milestones. It goes back to the foundation of it all. It goes back to combat boots, deployments, and a deep-seated vow to serve this country.

Transitioning from the military to building a business from the ground up wasn’t easy, but the mission never changed. Today, as a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and a Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE), Higher Recruitment is a living testament to the American Dream. We prove every day that the grit forged on the battlefield can build a legacy in the boardroom.
