Krista Bird-Wright is an experienced sales executive and the Chief Revenue Officer at Higher Recruitment. She is known for building high-performing teams rooted in culture, collaboration, and trust. With a leadership style that prioritizes relationships, respect, and clear communication, Krista consistently drives growth while fostering a positive, accountable work environment.

Krista earned her degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where she was also a four-year letter winner on the Women’s Basketball team. During her collegiate career, she helped lead the Badgers to a National Championship (WNIT) title—an experience that shaped her approach to leadership, teamwork, and resilience. She also holds an MBA from Augsburg College, further strengthening her strategic and business expertise.

Throughout her career, Krista has led revenue organizations with a focus on partnership development, team alignment, and strategic execution—ensuring both business success and a strong internal culture.

Krista lives in Savage, MN with her husband and two sons. A sports-loving family, she and her husband enjoy cheering on their oldest son as he plays college football and their youngest as he plays high school basketball.
