Eddie has a true passion for Talent Acquisition & has been working in Talent for 13 years. He is originally from North Dakota and grew up and started his career there in the Engineering & Industrial Construction industry.  He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s Degree in Project Management. He has worked as an Internal Recruiting Manager and on the agency side of talent acquisition before joining Higher Recruitment.

He is a motivated recruiter who really enjoys the connection he makes with candidates and hiring leaders. Placing someone in their dream role is something he strives to do every day. Building relationships is important to him and he is passionate and committed to the people he works with on a daily basis. 

Outside of work Eddie enjoys to travel domestically and internationally. He is an avid runner and participates in Half and Full Marathons around the US. He also seeks adventure and recently climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa and Skydived in Australia.  He also enjoys spending time with his family back home in North Dakota and his friends.
