With a background that spans marketing, IT, and website development, Brady brings a well-rounded and systems-oriented perspective to operations. Brady also gained hands-on experience in a healthcare setting, where Brady was responsible for IT, website development, project management, inventory management, sterilizing instruments and assisting in surgical environments—reinforcing the importance of precision, process adherence, and accountability. Brady holds a degree in Business from the University of St. Thomas, providing a strong foundation in organizational effectiveness and problem-solving.

Brady Johnson is an Operations Specialist who plays a critical role in supporting recruiters and account managers throughout the full recruitment lifecycle. Brady ensures the accuracy and integrity of key data while serving as a primary contact for internal systems and operational processes. Brady is deeply involved in creating, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), helping ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment across teams.

Outside of work, Brady is a dedicated parent to two daughters and resides in Savage, Minnesota. Brady values continuous growth both personally and professionally and aspires to broaden horizons through travel—one goal being to visit the Great Wall of China. That same curiosity and drive to improve carries into Brady’s work, where consistency, structure, and attention to detail help support successful outcomes across the organization.
