Alissa is a passionate recruiter who loves what she does every day. Missing time with her family in a role that kept her from home, she entered the world of Human Resources and found her true calling within Talent Acquisition. Knowing the path she had to take to find success and her true calling, she uses this knowledge when looking for candidates. She strives to help candidates find their success and a career they can be proud of and feel that they are contributing to the overall goals they believe are important. She believes this job helps people find the balance we are all looking for, that there is a right role for everyone, and as recruiters we get to help them find this!
Outside of her professional work, Alissa is an avid cook and sports fan. She enjoys family time with her husband and two amazing kids. You can find her gardening, canning, cooking, cheering on Minnesota/Florida sports teams and spending time with wonderful friends.
